A quick module I whipped up last night. No midi mapping is present, but just set your Frequency to x[2] and Reso to y[2]. Not entirely satisfied with the notch filter, (you'll see when you you bring the y value up) but I think the quirk is better than adding an additional 2 points to the vector when you're in the notch mode, and then having to remove them when not...
