That explains a lot I don't have a skins option just 'always use project skin'

Perhaps my update is corrupt??

I'm in the app, are you using the editor? I haven't looked at that let. The skin option is above the port setups

No I'm in the app.

I'll try deleting and reinstalling although I'm not sure if it will recognised I bought this some time ago.

Oh great, the editor is still screwed-up in Win 8, and it crashes constantly when switching folders in the project hierarchy in an old template of mine

Click on the cog/setting icon in the editor and go to the Lemur tab. Skins are there.

Could you try uninstalling Lemur and then re-installing it? There might be a conflict with your old preferences.

Re Win 7 crashes:

Here are some things to try out.

Open the Editor and go to Settings, then the Lemur tab and select 'Classic' as the skin and deselect 'Always use Project skin'. Close and restart Editor.

Open your Project in the Editor and hit Shift/Command s to Save As and ReSave your work.

Open the App and go to Settings > More... and select 'Classic' as the skin and deselect Always use Project Skin.

Now try running your Project and see how it goes.

If seems crash with Pixel and Shaded skin, but not with Classic and Flat ones.
Try those steps and get back to me with your results
We anticipate having fixes in the New Year

i'm on xp here. ios 6.1 had 3 what appear to be random crashes i say random beacause I have not been able to reproduce them ,
i've also had a couple of crashes on the editor again random
after extensive use the editor crashes on closing , i know its going to happen as the top lhs window buttons corrupt as in they disappear , this has been a problem with previous versions.
I must say i was a little underwhelmed with the update. i suppose because an in app editor would not have been top of my wishlist, but i have used it as presumably it was intended to make a mod away from the pc editor, that was until i wanted to modify a custom midi message....... couldn't see it!!.
like the z variable on the multifader though

would have liked right mouse button support , coz if its there i aint been able to figure it out

is there going to be a skin editor?
is live control for live 9 only?
