the simplest thing would probably be to create a script, executed on Menu.selection[insert number], and in that script add a noteout() command.

you can use alias object instead of two different objects. Another option is to send the values of two different objects without output to one object (or better a variable) which sends the actual output.

good idea, but I rather doubt if the Android emulator can see these virtual ports. I'll try this out next time. It's a new territory for me, and I'm still not sure if it is worth the effort. difficult to say what is going wrong. So the small tablet, the Galaxy, has a good connection, and the View drops out?

I would try with values 0 and 1. That could work for a switch. But we cannot know, it depends on the receiving application.

oscout needs three inputs, target, address, and args[]. You forgot the args[].
