make NRPN midi easy to program

Lemur currently has tedious workarounds involving scripts. It would be nice if the "Mapping" section you could select if the control is NPRN. Ctrlr is a program that implements this nicely as an example.

Will see about posting an NRPN module in the near future when computer is fixed . .
There are also several approaches floating about in Projects and discussions. ...
