NEWB ALERT: View Ableton Browser Files Via TouchOSC on iPad

I hope I'm not offending anybody here with my lack of knowledge.... Is it possible to access Ableton's file browser folders & audio files via TouchOSC (& most likely with some scripting involved)? Basically I want to be able to do what the guy has created in the link below. I'm willing to learn how to write code ect ect, but I just need some guidance on where to even start with a project like this. Any help would be awesome. Thanks..
