Has anyone successfully connected 2 Ipads with LiveControl to Ableton? Doesnt matter if running a mac or pc.
Here is what I tried:
-Copied the whole LiveControl folder
-Renamed the exe file in the second
-Run both executables, the renamed one would just show a Max Runtime window, in there I would choose Open and choose the other LiveControl file in the folder. This would open two separate LiveControls.
-I Run one Ipad through the first LiveControl on midi Yoke channel 1
-Then run the same Ipad through the other LiveControl on midi Yoke channel 2. Both would work without problems.
-I would try the same thing with two Ipads, now connecting one through the first and one through the second LiveControl.exe. The best I would get is that both Ipads would control Ableton, but only one would get feedback from ableton.
-Tried second Ipad alone, worked.
-Tried to mess with the Midi Settings on the LiveControl.exes, didnt help.
-Tried to change the ports on both Ipads into all possibilities I could think of, no fix.
Please help! I have no idea what else I could try.
