Have you tried using the manual installation of the control script? Where it goes depends on your OS...

One I have to say awesome. using live 9 on pc. I use loop midi for custom midi ports and routing I tried using ports I already had. Make sure to use loop midi ports as in instructions.
Also If for some reason you have problems with clip layout just go to remote script and unload script reload script.

I do have one complaint to select track isn't so easy evey time I hit select and touch track header I end up on play page.

Is there another script I need to install?

Do you have two versions of Live installed? I'm on Windows 7 and the installer put the Midi script in my Live 8 folder, so I had to manually copy/paste it in Live 9 for it to show up.

Otherwise working great!!! Thanks ST8 and Liine!!!

I can use the play function for input of notes but cannot find the script to install.
I did it manual installation but still no control surface.

Definitely looks nice and complete....Havent tried it yet though......

I have one small question before getting "too" excited....

I noticed that everytime a "page" (current interface) is chosen, a relevant midi message (sysex, I believe) is sent to Live. If I want to create additional interfaces (with typical, static midi mappings) will that cause a malfunction of Live Control 2? For example, if I add a 5th and 6th interface.

Thanks in advance!

There shouldn't be any problem adding pages, although we did not test this extensively. Try it!

Ok will do! ;) I have made too many efforts on some of my custom designs to just drop them - being able to add them next to Live Control 2 will be perfect for my needs! ;)

Is there a manual that goes with the template? I didn't see an option to download one...
