Live Control has stopped working on Vista for me :(

Hi,

I used to use live control fine but something went wrong. I have no idea what, but I uninstalled touchosc and reinstalled everything as detailed on the instructions. I have itunes and so bonjour enabled and the latest live control installers and live 8.2.7. I have live control max window to go out on midi yoke 5, and have turned on the live control TO and input from midi yoke 5. I have the layout "liveControl_ipad" selected and incoming port 5001.

When I load up a device in live it appears in 'device' in touchoscbut changing the values on touchosc does nothing to live. None of the other controls work.

Is anyone able to help? I used to love this thing!

Edit - I should add that I have touchable working fine on other midi yoke channels.

Then I ticked all the maxmsps in the program list in windows firewall, rebooted and now it works with the firewall on.
