Installer error

I am getting the following error message when trying to install LiveControl on my MacBook Pro OS 10.6.5 -

The Java JAR file "LiveControl Installer.jar" could not be launched.
Check the Console for possible error messages.

I opened Console an the following messages appeared - any ideas why this might be happening?

this is weird, maybe izpack needs to be recompiled for 64bit

thanks... finally I got it to work with manually installing the downloaded remote scripts.

I just bought touch OSC and I can't install it too . I also have the error in the main thread (I'm on win7). @st8 I guess it would be a good idea to ad a manual install way too. It's really a bit frustrating when the installer don't work and you have to spend a big amount of time to figure out what's wrong (my java works find and I tried to start it via console too). no offence.

Anyway I still don't know how to install it manually, the link you provided is a bit too less information for me...
