launcher,mixer,device,seq etc. doesn´t work

hello im from mexico have problems whit the live control
have windows 7 + live 8.0.8 + ipad wifi 64gb

i make all the steps in the tutorial but when i open live and change the preferences only work the key & drums zone
what is my problem ?

im very sad for cannot use the app

You need to upgrade to live 8.1 or above. There were some changes in the LiveAPI that stopped LiveControl working
