Interaction with APC 40 makes Livecontrol2 unusable

Im sure I'm not the only one out there using livecontrol alongside an APC 40 so I would assume many others are having this problem. The problem occurs when scrolling through scenes. For some reason the APC's scroll buttons control Livecontrol's green square in addition to its own red square and vice versa. This wouldn't be such a huge issue except that sometimes the green square seems to get stuck and it becomes impossible for it to scroll any higher than, say, the 15th scene down. Can't explain it but it's definitely a bug.

I was having a problem moving the square past large clyphx clips. Is there something unique about what's in scene 15?
