LiveControl TO not showing up in Live 9, only in Live 8

Hello.
I can't select LiveControl TO as the control surface in Ableton Live 9, but it shows up fine in Live 8. I've tried reinstalling LiveControl, but still no luck.

Any idea what's wrong?
