5-Din MIDI out for iPhone 6 ?

Hi there!
Recently my friend gave me iPhone6s+ as a gift. As a hardware synth guy I decided to integrate it into my setup. But to avoid bluetooth midi as much as possible. Is there any stable 5-Din midi in/out device which can be used with Lemur and other apps? The goal is simplicity, stability, and clock timing of course. Thank you in advance for your thoughts on this subject!
