[SOLVED] Problem Receiving MIDI INPUT

Post by Jaunmanuek » 16 Jun 2017 20:22

Hello,
I'm using Lemur on Ipad4, with IconnectMIDI2+. (ICM2 has no port filter set, everything is open).

I can't make LEMUR to receive midi data.
Using MIDI WRENCH, i see that data reaches the IPAD just fine.
MIDI I/O is properly set as MIDI 0 on the setup options.
I can SEND midi and sysex with no problems

I made a script Monitor.value=MIDI_ARGS with OnNote OnCC or OnSysex, with no results.

Could you help me ?
Thank you

Juan Manuel Aguirre

I already posted this message on another post and do it here again because it seems to look like the problem I've got.

I noticed that since a very recent update of Windows the Lemur no longer receives some information.
I made an interface to drive my Cubase (8.5) and all that is mapped to MIDI 1 works very well in both directions but all that is assigned to MIDI 0 (especially everything concerning the Mackie generic controls) send data from Lemur but don't receive the information from Cubase. So the SurfaceLCD doesn't work as the generic fader for the volume/pan/etc and probably everything based on the Mackie Control.
I'm running on a PC with OS 10 Home version 1703 (OS Build is 15063.413)

Does someone at Line follow the latest windows updates and possible bugs they could generate ?

I used the midi monitor file on this post, and now it's receiving midi.
