Ability to Name Page Tabs

There's a couple things that could be vastly improved for the page tabs at the top of the Lemur interface.

First, the ability to add text to the tabs to name them would help quite a bit in terms of navigation, especially for templates with a lot of pages.

Second, the ability to change the color of the page tabs would also help. I'm not sure who decided on the default color, but dark gray tabs on a black background makes even seeing the tabs at all difficult.

Third, since the tabs are always going to be a part of the interface, you might as well add them to the Lemur Editor app so that you can do both of the above.
