I think what I would like for Christmas is:
Lemur to send direct to Artnet. I am one of the weird ones, I have little interest in controlling audio and midi apps, but want to harness the power of Lemur to run lights.
My present setup involves:
a PC running Chamsys:
a Mac running QLC+ > which is triggered via OSC from Lemur
both going into an ArtNet rig using Enttec ODEs.
Usually I use the Chamsys rig for 80% of the show, but with Lemur I have built a couple of pages where I can "drum" the intensity levels/color changes live with the act, with the interface layout I have built and like. Latency has not been too bad, i can compensate
SO- If Lemur could broadcast direct to Artnet, I could eliminate a whole computer at every gig, lowering the total number of tech issues possible, and add a huge amount of power to what Lemur can do.
Art-net pretty please?
If this took the form of a paid add-on plugin that would be fine!
