knob z value?

can we make it possible to get a knobs z value? also being able to change its sensitivity via osc would be great too. that way a button could be pressed for fine control.

+1 on this! It could also be used in Mackie emulations or other stuff as a "tap knob" parameter - similar to how knobs in some physical controllers also feature a "push button" operation.
