I registered on the JM site years ago, but can't recall what email or password I used. I need to download a copy of the firmware in the members area. I've tried to re register my lemur but it's saying the account already exists.

Does it exist elsewhere?

Ping one of the moderators. I believe they can get you a copy directly since you do have proof of purchase.
