Are there any web/book tutorials on creating devices for Mu

I've tried to follow the manual step by step, reuse existing max devices that have a Mu device controller, and create my own but I cannot get the device controllers I make to open on the Lemur app.

For the price I paid for Max ($187) and Lemur ($50) I'm really trying to get this to work but nothing's working and no one is returning my private messages. I understand the the $237 is a sunk cost at this point but it's not like I can return the software.

I'd like to control my 3rd party plugins inside of Mu. While Ableton's plugs are cool I have some interesting plugs I'd like to control with my iPad. I have TouchAble, and that's great but like I said, I spent a lot of money on Lemur and Ableton and it would be great if I could get that one feature to work.

So, I need some help. I've always found web tutorials helpful.
