Multiple Mu Step Sequencers?
So I've added the Mu Step Sequencer (http://liine.net/en/community/user-library/view/66/) and it works fine until I try to add another to the Live set. When I add another Sequencer all the changes I make to one Sequencer effect both midi tracks. Is this some kind of port problem? Is there a work around for this ?

Its in the M4L Patch itself under Lemur Interface subpatcher. You could either play around with it, or ask Sebastien Harvey the guy who put this together (I wish Liine had put the authors of these up so you'd know who to contact), but its made by Sebastien Harvey so if you ask him politely he could give you some better guidance.
