TRAKTOR 4 FX CONTROL Legacy template

Hi there... I had downloaded tmplate from user library. Now im just wondering how to map it properly in traktor 2... there is no tsi file with template provided, so please anyone explain me how to map this one... Or maybe an author of template can share a tsi file... It will be great...
