Hi All,
Had a bit of a play with the Lemur Stretcher and ended up converting the Monemur project . . .
The App did pretty well convertin the overall layout but needed a bit of tweaking with things that were dealt with programmatically.

Anyway heres a beta iPad Monemur patch for people to check out . . .
Would be good to do an RGB version at some point I suppose . .

Cheers
MM

this works very well! ipad2, ableton live 8.2.6, osx 7.2
Maybe it didn't work for you if you havent set the proper port at the lemur app 7999 (check the rtf help file within the monomur3.1 download package) or your Ipad's ip in the max patch.

Macciza, do you think this can be combined with other templates, such as the mu? If so, can you give me some pointers?

Warm regards

I did a similar thing with my nordlead2x patch. I have details inside on how to install. you'd have to do something similar to this. Basically how it might work is it loads when you open the device in an A or B slot.

You have to do a few things:

1) For each object/parameter in your jzml, make sure you copy the "Mu.lemuClient /oscmess/x -- " file contained in the m4l device and change the /oscmess in that box to the associated osc message in your jzml template.
2) save the jzml as a jzlib instead.
3) put the jzlib in the associated pathway inside the max directory. to illistrate this i'll use the nordlead mu patch i designed below:

a basic over view from my patch is this:
Installation:
1) Copy NordLead2x folder into directory:
Mu/Resources/DeviceControllers/MIDI Effects/Max MIDI Effect
2) Take NordLead2x_v2.amxd and open in Ableton Live under:
MIDI Effects, Max MIDI Effects

You just need to make sure the template is in the directory for Mu (as seen above) (and is a jzml), make sure the is in the M4L patch the "mu.lemurclient blah blah blah" for each parameter you are changing, and that the Mu patch is in the same directory as the jzml path (so mu nows where to look).

hope that helps, give it a try, if you have issues let me know.
