Thats the Final L3 by Antonio Blanca - A Lemurised controller for the L3 sequenced drum loop recycler in Reaktor
Antonio's on the list so he can pipe in with more details as needed hopefully

it is and it's awesome. I bought scapes just because of it and spent several hours monday night recording loops into my octatrack. =)
