Hi
The legacy patch uses the older monome protocol - could that be part of the problem?
Are you running the max patch that came with it or the more recent one?

I will dig up where I got up to in modernising it all - and try to get something up soon . . .

Cheers

Hi
Just meant that a MaxPatch called Monemur_v301 should be used - this should be in the Monemur v3 package . . .
You do not need monomeserial running - the Maxpatch handles the comms . . .

I have done most of the conversion to the newer 'serialosc' format but need to confirm it as all working . . .

yeah dude! I am using that very same patch, still same problem :(
if I have serialosc installed/configured in general is that going to hinder me?
because I cant think what else the probs could be...

Hi
What apps are you trying it with - It may be an issue with the app?
But I have had it running with a number of monome apps . .

Hi
I think some versions of those are serialosc not monomeserial based
I know I edited PressCafe to run old school and pretty sure I had some of the others running at different times
I will have a look and see what I can dig up . . .

Cheers

sorted this now!
i was putting in the IP wrong way round so I had my computer in the max patch and the lemur set to itself lol! whooops!
there's still a few patches that don't work as intended such as mlr and boiing, but got the others rocking! maybe its the setting in the monome patches set as default to 8000, 8080?
coooool for now anyways!
