What sort of sequencer spews out every note on/ off messages contained in the sequence, everytime it's reset when running or when the division is changed whilst running. I read somewhere that the developers had these sequencer objects under test for a long period. How could they miss this and the other obvious faults with them. Don't think they were bothered then, certainly are not now.
