Hi,
I've contacted Liine Support but received no response in regard to getting a hold of an older version of Lemur (4.0.1). A particular template that I was using ceased working on later versions. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I'm currently on version 5.something.

I have installers going back to 3.0.2, including 4.0.1. But that is the Win/Mac installer for Editor and Daemon. I don't know if they work with Lemur itself if the app has been updated.

And I think you could adapt your template to 5.x versions, but I'm not entirely sure. Myself I had to start from scratch for certain templates, which involved some work, but in the end the templates were even better than before. In functionality and in graphics.

Uninstall the 5.3.3 update from your ipad

Download version 5.2.2 here from my dropbox:

Put this file in :

your usermap\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications

REMOVE the 5.5.3 version first if it is already there, or choose "replace"

The next part may not be 100% correct, but it worked for me:

install or open Itunes, connect your ipad.

goto your ipad in itunes

click "apps" in the Ipad menue on the left,
now you should be able to click "install" for the lemur app
confirm, (right bottom in Itunes)
if a message apears about synchronizing other parts of your ipad, click cancel
wait for the app to be installed.
done..

Thanks both for you replies and apologies for my late response.
I didn't create the template and it's terribly complicated so I don't want to get into attempting to edit it. The template is an editor for the Fractal Audio Axe FX called 'Axe for Lemur'.
I appreciate the links and instructions for installing the earlier version 5 of the app but for the particular template the last known working version was 4.
So...no boogie Maybe I'll try Liine support again. Thanks

Lemur 4.1.2 1.ipa (for the ipad, see my instructions in the previous post for installing)

If you need the mac installer for the editor I can't help, bu then maybe Phill could help you out.

Also maybe it's a good idea for liine to start an archive on all versions, for the installers and the .ipa's?

sure we can help each other if there are problems, but wouldn't it be easier if the current version worked as we wished?
