Tutorial connecting Galaxy tab with WIndows PC

Can anyone give me a tutorial how to connect my Galaxy tab 10.1 with my windows pc with USB?

What I did:

• * Install https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... _tethering on my tablet
  * Turn WIFI off on the tablet
  * Micro usb cable from tablet to USB slot in PC
  * In Windows I get a new Network Adapter
  * Open Lemur on my tablet, but ... I don't see any connections
  * Lemur deamon is running and also loopMIDI is running

What do I wrong?

On some tablets (that have Wi-Fi but not 3G/4G), you might need to additionally install a hotspot activator.

Once the network connection is established, you'll need to have Lemur Daemon and some virtual MIDI ports running. (loopMIDI or loopbe)

Do you have an example of hotspot activator software? Do you need it for windows or for android?
