Personally speaking, I have already used canvas object in my personal designs for small things that could not be achieved with the rest of Lemur objects - things like relative faders, display situations, transparency, etc etc. Truth is, most of them are small things that add to an overall design and nothing major or exclusively based on canvas.

The following days I will also try to make some, again small, things with canvas to add older projects of mine but in any case Im not hasty to use canvas unless I really have a good idea of what I want to make - in other words, I dont want to use canvas just because there is the option, Im trying to use it when other solutions are not applicable.

Yet still member Saveas has already made some wicked canvas stuff - like the self-automation-recording knob called RoboKnob ( a fine example of how canvas can be used, if you ask me) and I believe he's got more in the works too.

Dude - the Canvas object wasn't required at all to do the recordable knob.
