Animoog setup

Post by CharlieDog » 11 Jan 2014 16:42

Ok I have been studying the info and can now ask some better questions.

First of all what I want to be able to do is push a key, say a c on the lemur for ipad keyboard and have it play a c through animoog just like I bad pressed a c on its key board.

I have the midi section of lemur set to target To ipad session 1
I have the midi in section of animoog set to session 1
I press the c key on the lemur for ipad key and no sound comes out
I press the c key on animoog and the c note plays

What do I need to do to get lemur to make individual notes come out of animoog?

Somehow I got my animoog working at least with the keyboard in the ipad studio combo mode.

The word Animoog did show up as a target this time dont know why, but it works . Animoog doesn't say Lemur in but it works as session 1

As I said the keyboard using the ipad studio combo mode, but none of the other windows make a sound even though they objects move.

The Lemur Pong project also makes a sound

So I'll guess I'll study the manual and see how to manipulate animoogs x y pad and hopefully trigger other things in it, like frequency, and drive, and resonance. As you can probably tell I am really new at this.

Any tips would be most appreciated.
