IOS7?
Honestly, still not having any problems whatsoever with iPad 2 and iOS 7 - BUT, I also use static ip settings for the ad hoc connection which was the ONLY way to succesfully connect Lemur and Windows machines (with ad hoc) while with iOS6.

I had been using the new ios's pretty successfully for a month + with the AdHoc network
FYI the video is now out of date with the new way IOS connect, its now a "DEVICE"
it still works by making my phone a hotspot, or over a wifi...
but ad hoc, i can not get ANY connectivity all of a sudden!
nothing has changed!
on my ipad i get an IP addy (even thought its different from the adhocs)
and I get the same subnet mask....
BUT ZERO CONNECTIVTY! UGHHHHH!!!!!!!
