"Something here . . ." to text and monitor objects

Can someone stitch together a tiny jzml to demonstrate a text object which is ready to receive strings via OSC ?

I am nearly operational with my amazing new tool, and have one last thing to attend to: I have text and monitor objects which are to receive strings (as in status updates) from my Max app. I have the messages ready to go out from Max with a ".../descript 'content' "This is what I care to appear on my Lemur." " but I see no clear way to do this properly.

I haven't found anything in the manual or workshops on how to receive it properly in Lemur (for iPad), at least not specific enough for me to make it work.

My understanding is that I have to create a script under the each text object with 'execution on OSC, and OSC_ARGS[0], OSC_ARGS[1], etc. I believe OSC_ARGS[0] would be for 'content' while OSC_ARGS[1] would be for the actual string I want to appear in the text object.

How far off the mark might I be ? "Close, but touchpadding", says I. :-)
