Sending Ctrl Z and/or Cmd Z with keycomboout() ?

Does anyone know if sending keycomboout(kbMouseTarget, 1, 0, 0, 90); (for ctrl Z) will wend a command Z on mac? Or will it also send a ctrl Z on the mac? I don't have one to test, thanks.
