Re: Displaying integers in a text object?
Testing now. I'm not sure how I can make it more elegant except to contain it in a function ... that's a solid solution to be honest.

Anyone have a copy of the firmware?
I registered on the JM site years ago, but can't recall what email or password I used. I need to download a copy of the firmware in the members area. I've tried to re register my lemur but it's saying the account already exists.
Does it exist elsewhere?

I'm using the editor on my mac and it's working fine. Can you post a screenshot of what's happening?
Re: Lemur v1
I purchased mine for 1000GBP. 2 months later Liine released their iPad version and Jazzmutant cut all support. I was gutted. I still have it and I use it. I haven't really used the iPad version because I can get by on the JM Lemur. Some of the Liine features look super cool though - Canvas for examp...

Re: Displaying integers in a text object?
Only other thing I can think of is use a monitor object, make it transparent and put a black empty text object over monitor. Urgh. Hackish if I have to do that.

Re: Displaying integers in a text object?
I tried that, it didn't work. Really odd. Unless this is only available in newer updates.oldgearguy wrote:try this:
Code: Select all
decl val = 9; setattribute(OctaveLabel.octaveValue, 'content', ''+val);
outside the box man, outside the box.

Re: midion questions. What is the second value in the msg ar
Fixed it. I created a container called ChordMaker (feels more like a class and allows me to organize code better). I then created a script called chromaticScale(). Now I call it from the other script like so:
Works fine
Code: Select all
midion(0, {0x90, ChordMaker.chromaticScale()[0], 0x7F});

Re: midion questions. What is the second value in the msg ar
Excellent advice thank you. I am going to upgrade to the iPad version soon because Canvas looks so cool. For the moment I'm on the old Lemur. Regarding the hexadecimal numbers. I have created a script under the project folder called 'ChordMaker'. Inside this script I have some global variables. One ...
