Re: best DAW for Lemur
Okay, so first of all relax man. The guy selling his solution only has support for a couple synths which I don't own. So it's not worth it as a product only as something to reverse engineer. I don't mind teaching myself to program - I enjoy the challenge (I made my own Lemur templates). Yes, people ...

Re: best DAW for Lemur
Ableton has a limit of MIDI parameters per device at like 256. Really? Can you point me to documentation of this? I hadn't run into this limitation before. I ran into it while mapping U-He's Bazille. (self-plug template: https://liine.net/en/community/user-library/view/661/) I thought it was 256, b...

Re: Lemur template based on Propellerhead Remote template?
It looks like the remote map uses OSC and not MIDI. So if you set the Lemur OSC mapping it should work.

Re: best DAW for Lemur
Ableton has a limit of MIDI parameters per device at like 256. There's a plug-in where I needed more so I went to Logic for that. There are ways to expand functionality with Python but I'm still learning about it. However, I would also say there are better DAW controllers than Lemur - touchable for ...
Lemur v1
I was in the local Guitar Center and there's a Lemur v1 going for $350. Compared to some online costs it seems like a good deal, but considering an Alesis Dock and an iPad1 are less than half that cost, is there any reason other than the collectible of it all to get the Lemur v1 hardware? The screen...
Re: ipad pro

Right now from my understanding people have kind of had to hack how big the layout is for non-traditional sizes, but I wou...

Re: Lemur To Lemur, 2 iOS devices, NO COMPUTER
I replied to this in the Facebook group, but I'll also do so here for clarity and confirmation. I think you can do this by using scripts and different MIDI Targets. Attached is an example file. Fader 1 on iDevice A sends out CC to MIDI Target 1, which should be set to iDevice B, via ctlout script. F...
